We use assorted carriers, to provide you with the best service possible. We ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS Postal Service. APO, FPO, and PO Box shipments are only via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO destinations may take several weeks to arrive, as per USPS delivery guidelines.
How long until I receive my order?
Standard Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days to the East Coast and/or the Midwest, and 6-7 business days to the West Coast - from the date of shipment. Expedited Shipping time is usually 3 or 4 business days, from the date of shipment.
Please allow additional 3-4 business days for order processing, packing, and shipping. We make every effort to reduce the processing time and most orders are shipped promptly. Please take into consideration that it may take 24 to 48 hours for us to receive your order from Rakuten/Buy.com, due to Rakuten/Buy.com's credit card verification process.

Specify your Apartment Numbers, and/or Street Numbers: If you live in a multi-unit building, it is important that you specify your floor number and your apartment number; and/or your Street house number; and any other specific address information, as needed. UPS, and other carriers, will not deliver in the absence of this vital information; or they will charge additional fees if they need to look for your floor or your apartment number. It is important that you provide this information to avoid the aggravation of your shipment being returned by the carrier, and the expenses of re-shipment.
If a product is offered with "Free Shipping," this means that we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, are not refundable.
International shipments: Our Shipping Rates include all local inland freight in the USA and shipping charges to destination. Customs charges, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees at destination, are the customers responsibility.

Return or Replacement Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (see exceptions in Paragraph 'g' below) within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:
a) Contact aSavings to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.
b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.
c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
d) The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, as per Paragraph 'b' above, it will be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with Rakuten/Buy.com's guidelines, of at least 10%. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees may be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact. e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.
f) If the Return is due to our error, please contact us for a pre-paid Shipping Label, which would enable you to return the product at our expense. [Please note: This does not include Manufacturer defects.]
g) There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.
Non-Returnable Categories: Memory, BBQ Grills; Consumable, Perishable, and/or Sensitized items, such as: Paper, Ink, Lamps, Bulbs, Batteries, and Software; Car Stereo, DJ, and Home Audio; DVD Players; Video Games and Consoles; Home and Kitchen Appliances; Luggage; Musical Instruments; Personal Care; Printers and Scanners; Projection Screens; Televisions; Headphones/Earphones; Special Order items, where indicated; and all items over $1200.00.
Purchases from these categories are final. In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the Merchant.

Computer Standard Return Policy
• Return for refund within: 30 days
• Return for replacement within: 30 days
This is our Computer Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned to Focus Camera within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Focus Camera, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
A new, UNOPENED desktop PC, notebook, or tablet PC can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Focus Camera error.
An OPENED desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at aSavings, Focus Camera’s sole discretion.
The following conditions do not qualify for return:
• Any defective desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC returned after the 30-day return period;
• Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;
• Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is missing any accessories or original product packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code.
An opened and used Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC that is defective can only be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of the invoice date. For defective item returns after the 30 day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly.
A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Focus Camera’s sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our Customer Service Department.
For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a refund or exchange as noted in the above policy as long the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.
